Our history
For more than 50 years Valmar has been there for people with disabilities in the Tumut district.
Growing from its roots as a volunteer-run community organisation, Valmar has become a leading provider of disability, aged care and community transport services in the ACT, Riverina/Southwest Slopes and Southern Tablelands areas of New South Wales.
Valmar is committed to providing the support people need to lead fuller lives, gain satisfying work and realise their true potential.
Valmar is a locally-minded not-for-profit company overseen by a voluntary Board of Directors.

We pride ourselves on tailoring supports to meet a wide range of needs and seeking to enrich lives through linking community.

Valmar provides high-quality support to people with disabilities, the frail aged and people experiencing disadvantage to enable them to be fully part of their local community.
Valmar operates in compliance with the NSW and Commonwealth Disability Services Acts, the Aged Care Quality Standards, the NDIS Practice Standards and the Valmar Support Services Ltd. Constitution
